CAREER OPPORTUNITY IN STOCK MARKET   One of the leading Merchant Banks is looking to recruit dynamic, qualified, well experiences and result oriented candidates for the following position:   Position: Relationship Manager – (Portfolio Management Department – Business Development)   Job Description/Responsibility:

• New Client acquisition from the open market.
• Generate and achieve targets and report to the Management.
• Must thrive in stressful environments.
• Offer high-quality customer service in a professional manner.
• Possess sound knowledge regarding trading rules & other applicable rules & regulations of BSEC, DSE, CSE, CDBL & BB etc.
• To ensure all compliance of BSEC, DSE, CSE, CDBL & BB and any other regulatory concerns
• By evaluating the current Capital Market situation, making strategies considering the competitors for promotion/marketing for the development of the organization.
• Co-ordinated with Chief Executive Officer and Management about Business Development Strategy.

Additional Job Requirement:

• Self-starter, proactive & quick learner
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bangla
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills

Education Qualification:

• Candidate should have a BBA/MBA/Master’s degree or equivalent preferably in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Management, Economics or any other related discipline.

Experience Requirement:

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in any recognized Merchant Bank/ Brokerage House especially in Business Development Department.

* Opening of account in both CDBL & Merchant Bank Software.
* Checking of daily trade report.
* Sending portfolio statements to the clients and brokers.
* Sending cheque to banks for the clients and broker.
* Cheque payment for both clients and broker.
* Collection of dividend and preparation of vouchers.
* Bank reconciliation.
* Any other relevant job assigned by the management



Education Requirement : BBA/MBA from any reputed university.
